Join me and a small group of women from your local community for gentle, nurturing yoga together, ending in deep relaxation.
15 minutes connection time at the start to check-in with each other or simply quietly sit/lie/journal, guided by gentle prompts/snippets each week.

No yoga experience needed - adaptations always available.
MOVE - Gentle movement to help quieten the mind.
REST- Breathwork and guided meditation
RESTORE - Restorative and Yin yoga using props (cushions, bolsters, blanket, eye pillow...) to support deeply nurturing, restorative poses
RENEW - Inspiring snippets each week and a lovely deep guided relaxation.
